Dashboards

Dashboards is the section where you can (pre)configure an unlimited number of role-specific dashboards, which then can be distributed to end users based on their role assignments. Every user can pick interesting or relevant dashboards from the role-specific library. The content and display of each dashboard can be then individually changed or adjusted through the selection and placement of portlets, available as widget library in each dashboard. After saving the user specific preferences the selected modified dashboards remain unchanged for each user.

The dashboards can access and display all objects from across Pricefx. For example, the overviews can display new products, pending approvals, potential changes in the underlying data like new competitive or product cost data etc., events, warnings, current simulations etc.

Open

 By selecting the Hide option in the overview table, you prevent the dashboard from being listed in the My Dashboards panel on the Home page. This feature is useful for embedded dashboards, which are not intended to be used as standalone dashboards.

 Dashboards perform best when the browser zoom is set to 100%. If the zoom is different, it may happen that e.g. in the Best and Worst Products/Customers Performance portlet, the last item in the table is not shown (due to a known issue in SmartGWT, a 3rd party underlying UI framework).
