The Rebate Agreement Dashboard helps you visualize and analyze approved rebate agreements from the beginning of the current year to the current date.

User Inputs

For this dashboard you can set the following inputs:

Rebate Agreement – Allows you to select an approved rebate agreement or shows all rebate agreements if you leave it blank. It is sorted by the last update date.
Time Period – Allows you to define data aggregation for the “Rebate <current year>” analysis. The available values are: Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually, Annually.

Analysis

The dashboard provides the following summaries:

Year To Date Rebate By Time Period
This chart shows the rebates total of an approved Rebate Agreement from the beginning of the year to the current date.
- YTD Rebate value = Rebate + Paid Rebate
- YTD Rebate Forecast
- YTD Accrual Forecast

Year To Date Rebate By Agreement
This chart shows the amount of YTD Rebate, YTD Rebate Forecast and YTD Accrual Forecast by Rebate Agreement.
Year To Date Rebate Agreement Table
This table provides an overview of a typical rebate agreement. For each agreement you can see Agreement, Type, Payment Period, Customer(s), Product(s), Baseline Value, Rebate, Accrual Forecast, etc.

When you approve a rebate record in Rebate Records, it will be moved from a Rebate to a Paid Rebate in this table.

Note:

In Rebate Records:

Agreement Status – Displays the status of Rebate Agreement (this column will be updated in Rebate Records when you approve one rebate agreement).
Status – Displays the status of Rebate Record (this column will be updated in Rebate Records when you approve one rebate record).

YTD Rebate refers to the Agreement Status column (approved) and YTD Paid Rebate refers to the Status column (approved) for showing the data in the dashboard.

If CurrencySymbols PP does not exist in the partition or if the symbol for a particular currency is not found there, then the currency code is displayed.
