The rules for student enrollment in the Sana LMS system may vary based on the training/certification of interest. Please read the following carefully.
To ensure full participation in our upcoming sessions, it is crucial to have SANA whitelisted by your organization's network. This action is necessary to prevent any interruptions or accessibility issues that might arise due to our firewall settings. Please reach out to the IT department as soon as possible to confirm that SANA is approved for use on our network.
Not ensuring the following will lead to inability to follow the training and may result in student’s removal from sessions and the imposition of late cancellation fees due to these avoidable disruptions.

For Internal Pricefx Students - You will have SSO access to Sana; in case you are unable to login, please raise a ticket in Helpdesk.
For Partner and Customer Students - You will get access to Sana LMS system as follows:
For Business User Training and Admin Training - Access will be granted 1 week before the training and will be valid for 3 months.
For Configuration Engineer Training and Integration Engineer Training - Access will be granted 3 weeks before the training and will be valid for 6 months.
For PM Certification and Q&A Certification - Access will be granted on demand, within 72h after the request was submitted and will be valid for 3 months.
Enrollment to Live Sessions
Step 1: Registration
Please kindly register using the link in the notification email you received.
Sana will ask you to
Set up your system password.
State your First name, Last name and accept the Terms and Conditions.
Once you are done with the registration Sana will immediately inform you about the course assignment. This assignment is automatic and comes from your MS Booking registration (Training + Month + Region):
Once you are logged in – please navigate to the Training Live Program/ Certification Path assigned to you in the top middle section of your user interface:
Step 2: Training enrollment
For Business User and Admin User Trainings:
Please navigate to the Program Page (click on the banner/picture) and scroll down to find the Program Outline section. Within this section, you'll have the opportunity to register for three live sessions of Business User/ Admin User training, one for each day. Simply click on the option to enroll. This feature is designed to offer flexibility to students who may only wish to attend specific sessions, allowing them to select and enroll in the sessions that interest them most.
For CE and EI Trainings:
For Configuration Engineer and Integration Engineer Live Trainings it is mandatory to enroll to every single session available within the Program Outline. This Course consists of Live Sessions and Training Content for every week, as well as tests that will be assigned to you along the way.
Please enroll to every single Live Session within the first part of the Program outline. It is a mandatory step:
Step 3: Live Sessions Confirmation Notifications
You will immediately receive the email confirmations, placeholders and live session links to join the sessions into your inbox from sana@sanalabs.com:

For some reason you can’t attend the sessions you are registered for. Navigate to the same page and unenroll yourself. You will receive a meeting cancellation notification to your inbox. Please note: Late cancellations (10-0 days before the class) or no-shows will not reduce the price of the training. Your company will be charged in full for those days you initially registered for.
You have not received links to the sessions automatically.
Step 4: Joining the Live sessions
Make sure that you allow Sana to utilise your microphone and camera, otherwise you will not be able to participate in the sessions fully. The best browsers to maximise the performance are Google Chrome and Safari.
