After the grace period has expired, then we may find that our environment is no long N-1 Compliant and has been identified as out-of-compliance.
If our environment is out of compliance, then we need to take the necessary steps to bring our environment back into compliance with Pricefx N-1 policy. As part of this phase, we should be discussing the following questions:
Is my environment compliant?
If my environment non-compliant, how do I achieve compliance?
Who can assist in regaining compliance?
What happens if my environment remains non-compliant?
Defining Out of Compliance
An environment is considered out of compliance when your PROD environment version is beyond the Pricefx N-1 Policy. For example, when v11 is released then any version lower than v10 will be considered to be non-compliant.

Out of Compliance Grace Period
When a customer’s environment is non-compliant, then they will enter the Pricefx N-1 Grace Period. During this time they will have 30 days to either submit an acceptable upgrade plan to maintain their compliance or their environment will be subject to an automatic upgrade.
Achieving N-1 Compliance
Maintaining your N-1 compliance in a Shared Environment happens automatically as soon as the latest release is available. However, if you are in a Private Environment, then you are responsible for maintaining your N-1 compliance.
