Install Plugin

To install the Pricefx Studio plugin:

1. Open IntelliJ IDEA. 

2. Open Plugins from the Welcome screen.

3. In the list of plugins of JetBrains Marketplace, search for the Pricefx Studio plugin.

4. Click Install.

5. Pricefx Studio plugin requires uses CodeNarc plugin (for code quality check) to be installed first. In the list of plugins of the JetBrains Marketplace, search for the CodeNarc plugin.

6. In the list of plugins of JetBrains Marketplace, search for the Pricefx Studio plugin.

8. Click Install.

9. When the installation is complete, restart IDEA.

10. In case your company requires connection via proxy server, in File > Settings > search “HTTP Proxy” and adjust the settings to reflect the proxy settings in your web browser.

11. Continue to Create New Project.

1. Add a custom repository by clicking the gear icon > Manage Plugin Repositories.

2. Add the following repository URL:

   • https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugins/pricefx-eap/list (Jetbrains Marketplace)

3. Click OK.

4. Continue with step 3 in the previous section.

5. If you are not a geek, consider switching back to the release version after a stable version is released.

Re-install Plugin

When a new version of the plugin is released, IDEA will check during startup and offer you to update the plugin version.
