  • For Admin Training, you can cancel or reschedule without any penalty up to 7 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

  • For Integration Engineering (IE) Training, you can cancel or reschedule without any penalty up to 7 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

  • For Configuration Engineering Learning Path (CELP) Training, you can cancel or reschedule without any penalty up to 3 days before access to the SANA LMS system is provided.

A student must attend and participate in atleast 90% of BUT and Admin training and 100% of CELP and IE courses to be eligible for a certificate of completion and/or to be admitted to exams. Failure to meet this requirement will result in exclusion from the class and/or ineligibility to take the certification exams.
