As Pricefx constantly updates and changes its offerings, we want to ensure all our partners have the recent knowledge and skills to implement Pricefx successfully.

With the introduction of the prescriptive selling and delivery and continuous education approach, we aim to recertify all active partners’ resources and achieve a higher level of partner self-sufficiency in all but especially technical topics by Q2 of 2025.

How does Pricefx training work with partners?

1. A one-point of contact for ALL training and education topics -Maroš Grman. This will help to build a more structured and efficient collaboration with all our partners and provide the best training and educational services. The partner team is working on scheduling the introduction calls with all active partners during Q1.

2. We will build a portfolio of all trained and certified resources and their project experience with each partner and identify knowledge and skill gaps so we can constantly suggest the continued education and upskilling of your resources.

3. Based on the partner portfolio, we will develop personalized educational & upskilling plans to close immediate and upcoming knowledge gaps with each partner.

We are relaunching the foundational CE Learning Path in March 2024 to address our current technical training gaps and provide better service in preparing new partner resources for the first implementation projects. See the CE Learning Path details below. Other technical training paths will be relaunched as well in 2024.

4. With the prescriptive delivery, we will also introduce recertification programs for all partner resources in H2 2024 to ensure that all of our partners have up-to-date delivery knowledge. The recertification will occur every two years, starting in 2024.

5. As Pricefx focuses a lot on self-sufficiency topics, project, and user-specific training, and a change program in 2024 focused on fast adoption and going live within 6 months, these topics will be addressed and aligned with each partner to find the best collaboration approach. Later in 2024, we will introduce formal training for partner trainers and change specialists.

9. All partner training is a PAID service and will be invoiced after the course registration. For the latest list prices, please contact your partner manager.

10. The main training portal for all live sessions and certifications is SANA. The access is limited to 3-6 months, depending on the learning path chosen. Knowledge Base will become is a primary source of all on-demand learning and education on all topics. We will move on-demand classes from the training portal to the Knowledge Base. Registration for ILT classes will also take place in this space.As of March 2024, Pricefx will introduce prices for foundational partner training. Please reach out to your Pricefx Partner Manager for the recent pricelist. The advanced series, as well as the upskilling series, will stay free of charge in 2024.
