Statuses

OPEN – The starting point

DONE – When the action is completed and all work done. Done is considered as final state, in which no changes should be done with the Action Item.

REJECTED – When the user decided not to do this action. Rejected is considered as final state, in which no changes should be done with the Action Item.

BLOCKED – To let other users know that the owner is blocked in work by something or someone.

POSTPONED – To inform other users that work on this action will resume at a later date.
