Basic Steps (up to 1.1.18.x)

After you perform the following steps, you will get an empty instance of IntegrationManager up and running.

Use this manual for IM versions up to 1.1.18.*. For IM version 1.2.0 and higher, please refer to Basic Steps (1.2.0 Onwards).
