Technical Requirements
Dashboard Watcher
To add Dashboard Watcher to your environment, you need to run the full package deployment (not just the upgrade package). For details see Upgrade Notes.

Dashboard Watcher supports:
Sales Insights Package – minimum version 1.9.0
Customer Insights Package – minimum version 1.5.0

There is a new type of Watcher in Actionable Insights - the Dashboard Watcher. It allows you to watch data that are results of dashboard portlets in supported dashboards. You can create this new Watcher from a specific portlet, enabling you to monitor specific insights. | PFPCS-7271 |
