In this example we are using the recommendations from Recommend How to Improve Customer.

Recommendation:

  1. Re-engage with the customer: Reach out to Delta Tulip to understand their current pain points and concerns. This can help identify potential issues that may be contributing to their poor performance.

Select the first recommendation and create an action.
Assign this action to ‘[First Name Last Name or Login Name or Email]'.
Due date is 'Date'.
