Rebates Overview

The process of managing rebate records involves the automatic creation of records for each line of a Rebate Agreement, reflecting the line conditions. These records are generated based on the rebate calculation logic and can multiply for a single line item if the customer requires more frequent payouts. When new line items are added or specific actions are taken, such as recalculation, submission, approval, or export, rebate records are automatically created. This allows you to efficiently manage rebate payouts, review aggregated overviews, and perform actions such as approval, export, and allocation with ease.

Enhancements for Clover Club

With the new release, approvers can review all rebate records together with an aggregated overview of the rebate before approval. You can also switch the approval process to work on individual rebate records or rebate record grouping, per agreement type.

Rebate record grouping are created automatically, and rebate records are assigned to them during calculation.

The process simplifies the approval process by grouping associated rebates together for a single approval workflow.
