Current Release

This aims at understanding the state of the current release and the customer’s environment so they can begin the process of designing their upgrade path to the upcoming release.

Major Pre-Release

Prior to the availability of the major release, customers can expect to receive multiple communications on the new version capabilities, specific release scheduling, and important information on maintaining their compliance.

New Release Pending

Immediately before the launch of a major release, customers can expect to receive additional communication from Pricefx on the release and its impact on their implementation. The potential for impending N-1 non-compliance will be identified.

New Release Available

During the week of the new major release, customers can expect to receive a notification on whether their implementation is within the Pricefx N-1 Compliance policy. Additional action will be required if they are considered out of N-1 compliance.

Post Release

After the availability of the new release, the post-release period begins and triggers the release grace period. This is the window where alignment with the N-1 compliance policy will begin to be assessed and there will be a high possibility of automatic upgrades.
