Pricefx provides different training options to Pricefx customers and partners in their learning journey. Our training offers key knowledge about our product, business application, and technical application, and we are trying to align the content with recent product updates.

Your first stop for all Pricefx Knowledge
Knowledge Base is a the first step for in all learning activities around related to Pricefx topics. It has a separate portal for general Pricefx information, an independent portal for Business Users with extended documentation, video, and navigation help content information, and a separate portal for Technical Users that covers roles like Configuration Engineering, Integration Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Project Managers. We are constantly working on expanding and improving our documentation.
We are also testing AI capabilities for better to improve knowledge mining and will add self-navigation training with a free demo request option for business users.

Business User Path includes starting materials about Pricefx, pricing, pricing journey, Pricefx solution, and key functional areas presented through business scenarios. Business User instructor-led public training is scheduled monthly in CET (EMEA) and CST (Chicago) time zones.

Admin User Path is for the system administrators who will provide 1st and 2nd level support after the Pricefx implementation. The training provides knowledge about UI configuration, data flows, troubleshooting, and other advanced UI configuration topics. The instructor-led training is scheduled monthly at 3 pm CET/8 am CST.

Technical User Path is for developers who would like to build the skills for maintaining Pricefx solutions and includes two four types of training:
Configuration Engineering
Integration Engineering
OptimisationOptimization
Solution Architecture
The Configuration Engineering path includes self-paced learning, five days of instructor-led training scheduled monthly in CET (EMEA) and CST (Chicago) time zones, a study project, and a an interview to check the necessary skills and knowledge for the course, 8 weeks of 10 hours a week mixed self-study and live Q&A sessions and certification exam.

The Integration Engineering path includes self-paced learning, two days of instructor-led training, additional advanced foundations self-paced learning, a study project, and a certification exam. You don’t need a configuration engineering path to attend the integration engineering path.

The Optimization path includes a set of business user and technical user classes in a self-paced and instructor-led learning session. The class is scheduled 3 times a year and can be scheduled also upon request. We will add an Optimization class schedule when planned on this page.
The Solution Architecture path includes the interview to check the necessary skills and knowledge for the course, 6 weeks of self-study and refinement sessions with the instructor and certification exam.
