This ticket category is designed for such cases when you need to be granted access to a system that you currently does do not have access set up yet.
On the Home Page, select "ACCESS MANAGEMENT" ticket category button:

To successfully fill in this type of ticket, please provide info to on these fields:
Subject
Priority
Further Details (with/without images)
System (system where you need an access)
Application role (how advanced level of access you need)

After your submission, the ticket flow will be triggered and your new ticket might be moved to another stage - approval phase. Reason behind this is that some systems requires require approval of the dedicated person while some others do not, and this is the case where your request needs to be approved first.
