  • If you want to include attachments in the email sent to approvers, verify that the configuration option Disable Attachments is not enabled.

  • If there are many user groups in your partition, loading the list of attachments can be slow because of filtering by user group. This filtering can be disabled to improve performance.

  • The name of the uploaded file cannot include semicolons (;).

Activity Log

On this tab you can review the history of the Rebate Agreement – events, edits and other information.

The following events are logged:

  • All user-initiated actions (header edits, input edits, adding/deleting items, workflow events, etc.).

  • Import of line items – this is logged as a single event, there is not a log entry for each line item imported (e.g., “100 items imported to Rebate Agreement”).

  • By default, changes to inputs generated by calculation logic are not displayed. If you want these changes to be logged, you must configure it in the calculation logic (use the setLogActivity method).

  • If the autosave feature is disabled (you save the Rebate Agreement manually), all actions made before you save the Rebate Agreement are logged. If you decide discard the changes and leave the Rebate Agreement without saving it, these unsaved changes are removed from the activity log.

Filters are available to display only log items that you are interested in. The simple filter allows you to filter by user and sort from oldest/newest. The advanced filter allows you to filter by:

  • Parent document identifier

  • Created – Filter the log by the date or date range when the event occurred.

  • Data – Full-text search (field names, product names)

  • Last Update Date

  • Entity Identifier – The ID of the header or line item. As these identifiers are not visible in the UI, this option is for advanced users.

  • Entity type – Filter the log by entity type codes (e.g., "Entity type" equals "RBALI" to see only Rebate Agreement line item related activities.).

  • Operation type – Filter the log by activity type. Select one of the provided values from the drop-down list (e.g., DUPLICATE to see only line item duplications).

Rebate Records

This tab provides the detail view of Rebate Records that have been created for this Rebate Agreement. All the actions available on the Rebate Records detail page (submit, approve, deny, etc.) can also be performed on this tab.
