Upgrade Plan Provided, if an upgrade plan is presented by the customer within the Grace Period, then the following will occur:
Upgrade plan will be reviewed by Pricefx support team for timeliness and accuracy.
Customer will be provided with a selection of dates for scheduling the upgrade. If no date is selected, then Pricefx support will determine upgrade timing.
Upgrade will be performed on QA environment and then 30 days later on PROD environment.
