Dashboards Structure
There are 4 dashboards:
Filters
KPI Filter (to filter KPI data)
Currently, only the “Industry” and “Selling to” filters are available. The number of filters will grow with the increasing number of benchmarking companies.Company Filter (to filter Company data)
”Business Unit” is a customizable filter available for customer specific cases.
Some customers handle several Business Units in the same partition although they are independent Business Unit/Segments with their own business approach and pricing structure (i.e. Business Strategy, Discount Policy...).
This filter enables, after a small configuration, to adjust the aggregation level of the company data.

In other words, customers will be able to filter on one of their Business Units and thus get Plasma insights at Business Unit level, when more valuable for them.

However, it is possible not to apply this delay for the company data for the logged customer: there is a check-box “Show latest Company Data” in the Dashboards settings which enables you to choose what to display.

If it is unchecked (default) – The data scope considered is Oct 2020 – Sept 2021 for both KPI data and Company data.

If it is checked – The data scope considered for KPI data is Oct 2020 – Sept 2021 and for the Company data it is from Jan 2021 – Dec 2021.
Data Exclusion
There are some exclusion rules in the Plasma engine aiming to provide more accurate and high quality indicators. Exclusion rules are based on non-validity/non-compliance hints such as: Quantity is null or InvoicePrice is null for a transaction etc.
