1. Prepare the VM machine.

1. 1. Unzip it using Unarchiver, as suggested by Microsoft. (With another tool you may get incorrect results.) If you download the VM in a ZIP file for VMWare, you should have 3 files.
   2. Start Fusion.
   3. Import the existing VM: navigate to the *.OVF file, that is one of the 3 in the unzipped folder. 
2. In the running Windows 10 instance install:
   1. MS Excel (You can use Office 2016, there is no need to register it.)
