Step 1-Create PlatformManager Login

The following steps will lead you through the event sequence to set up your access to PlatformManager.

  1. Request access to PlatformManager via a Help Desk ticket.

  2. Then, you will receive an email invitation to set up your PlatformManager password, please be sure to check both your Inbox and Spam folders. The email will look like this:

     

  3. If you click on the link, you will then receive an activation code for verification. You can use either the Microsoft or Google Authenticator apps to receive the code. After successful authentication,  you will receive your login information:

You will receive the temporary password in this email (removed in this example) and can change it when you log in for the first time. You can then be assigned to an account within PlatformManager with the ability to work with partitions and IntegrationManagers.

4. Click on More Information and you can then activate your account:

5. Complete the panel above, then click on Activate Account button.

6. For your first login, you will receive a request for verification:

NOTE: You can use either the Microsoft or Google Authenticator apps to receive the code. Scan the QR code with the app and it will appear with the code

6. Once your account has been activated, then you will have access as a basic business user. You must then petition the administrator responsible for your account to provide you with access privileges.
