Is it possible to change precision for Result Price on LPG? I.e., from 2 decimals to 3, 4,..?

Not if it should display as a “Money” field. If you change the result field's type to “Numeric”, then it displays 3 decimal places. Alternatively you can configure this field as “Numeric (long)”, which displays up to 9 decimal places. However the currency symbol will be no longer displayed.
