Our core product provides the canvas for world-class pricing. To maintain high flexibility and fast time-to- value, implementation teams work with our Customers to develop and implement Customer-specific configurations on top of our Core Capabilities.
Our Product has 2 major releases per year at the end of January and the end of June with monthly minor releases. We do require an ”N-1” policy, meaning Customers can be on the latest or previous release. We do this to ensure our commitment to innovation, quality, and security.
We use Agile development methodology and follow standard processes with quality checks conforming to our ISO and SOC certifications.
