Workflow Designer-Save Workflow Strategy (User Story)

The Workflow Designer has the ability to automatically save any of our created or modified workflow strategies, this will include any pre-defined workflows deployed with the Workflow Designer and any custom strategies that may have been constructed.
Once a new workflow approval has been created, it is given a default name (ie. Quote, Price List, etc.) and saved automatically.
All workflows created using the Workflow Designer tool are saved, but they are not deployed and usable yet. That will be accomplished in a Deploy step.
