The Shelf Price Optimization Accelerator is a powerful tool designed to help B2C companies maximize their revenue and profit by optimizing shelf prices. This accelerator takes into account various factors like price limits, sales channel alignment, and stock coverage expectations to determine the best pricing strategy. It uses a combination of a robust elasticity model and a standardized waterfall structure to crunch the numbers and come up with optimized shelf prices for each product, store, and time period.
Optimized prices are accessed through the Pricefx interface or can be pulled into other systems using APIs. Afferent dashboards allow for visualisation and assessment of the results. It is worth mentioning that it is necessary to carefully manage time periods correctly to display accurate data, and it will not work for products with no sales history. For custom features some coding may be required.
