Minimum Requirements

Hardware and network

A modern computer with at least 8 GB RAM (more memory is necessary for multiple browser tabs opened simultaneously)
Reasonable network bandwidth (at least 8 Mbps) and latency (50 - 200 ms).

Web browser

Only the latest version of each of the above listed browsers is supported. We strongly recommend using the 64-bit browser version.

Excel Client

  • MS Office 2013 or higher on Windows
Versions down to MS Office 2007 are expected to work as well but Pricefx does not fix issues related solely to these older versions.

  • .NET Framework 4.5 or higher (due to increased security requirements)

Pricefx Backend Compatibility

Each Unity release is tested for compatibility with the most recent patch of the current Pricefx backend version.

Only the minimum Pricefx version stated in the release notes is supported.

Unsupported Features

Pricefx Unity is under development and although new areas are added with every release not all features available in the Pricefx Classic UI are supported.

In the current release, the following modules are not available:

  • Analytics Simulations

Limitations:

  • Limited support for mobile devices

  • Simplified support for tablets

  • Deeper and narrow functionality and some details may need to be omitted.

  • In some areas the user experience may not be optimal.

Please note that, as mentioned in Bee's Knees 10.0 release notes, the Interceptors feature is not compatible with Firefox.

But in its latest versions (113 and higher), it is now possible to use Interceptors by enabling it in Firefox using a feature flag (open about:config in Firefox and set dom.workers.modules.enabled to true). This feature is expected to be enabled by default in future Firefox versions.
