Save Chart

You can save your chart with all its settings and load it later when you (or other users) need it:

1. Click the Save Chart button to open the save dialog.

2. The table at the top shows all public and your private charts.

3. Select a folder in which the chart will be saved. You can change the folder later by hovering the mouse cursor over the chart's row in the overview table and using the Move to button.

4. Enter a Name for the chart.

5. Select the Visibility from the drop-down list. There are three options:

   • Private – The chart is visible only to the creator.

   • Published – The chart is visible to all, but only the creator can edit the chart. In addition, users with the Manage Saved Charts role can edit and delete published charts. 

   • Open for all (view & edit) – The chart is visible to all and any user can edit.

6. Optionally, you can add a description, which will be visible also in the My Charts section on the Home page. 

7. Click Save Chart.
