The Send Feedback feature enables you to provide feedback on the AI-generated responses within Customer and Sales Insights Dashboards. It is designed to ensure continuous improvement of the Pricefx Copilot's performance by facilitating user feedback.

Feedback Rating

You can rate the Pricefx Copilot's responses using a simple (thumbs-up)/ (thumbs-down) buttons, allowing for quick and intuitive evaluation.

Optional Feedback Comments

After rating, you have also the option to submit additional comments to elaborate on your feedback. The input field accepts plain text only, with a character limit of 255 characters, including spaces.

The Send Feedback feature ensures that users can conveniently report any unsatisfactory responses and contribute to enhancing the overall quality and accuracy of the AI assistant.
