Manual Installation

This chapter explains how to create a connected application in Salesforce and how to configure it so that it connects to your Pricefx instance.

Manual setup is handy if advanced customizations (not available during the standard installation via a package) are needed.

The setup consists of the following high-level steps:

• Create and Configure an App in Salesforce Classic
• Create and Configure an App in Salesforce Lightning
• Configure SAML SSO in Pricefx
• Add Unity App to Opportunity/Account Page in Lightning UI
