Live Price Grid List

On the Price Setting > Live Price Grids page, you can view and modify the existing LPGs or create new ones.

After selecting a Live Price Grid from the list, you can modify it using the following buttons:

Show definition – Enables you to review and edit the definition of the LPG (Label, type, header, etc.).
Configure – Allows you to change the LPG's parameter configuration.
Add products to the LPG.
Calculate – After completing your changes, recalculate the LPG.

The other button actions include:

Assign to Customer – Allows you to assign the LPG to one or more customers. The functionality is the same as for Price Lists.
Duplicate – Duplicates the selected LPG including its configuration.
Export individual LPGs to Excel, Word or PDF (if PDF publishing is enabled). If needed, you can restrict the export functionality to only specified user groups. You can also export the list of all LPGs to Excel using the Export button in the table heading.
Create a summary (the procedure is the same as for Price List summary).
Convert to Price List (for details see How to Convert LPG to Price List).
Cancel calculation of LPGs with 'Pending' or 'Processing' status.
Assign the LPG to one or more customer (the procedure is the same as assigning a Price List to a customer).
Delete the selected LPG. Note that the delete operation does not immediately remove all the line items and metadata associated with the LPG. A background job is run to wipe all these items and the whole process can take up to an hour.
Move the selected LPG to a different Categories tree folder.
You can also click the Status value to see the details of the calculation execution (a Jobs & Tasks table).

The Last Updated By and Created By columns in the grid are intended for the current user to filter out only lines updated/created by him/her. If the line was last updated or created by other user, the field is empty.
