SFTP Servers

An SFTP server is provisioned with each IM instance created in the hosting infrastructure and in this section you will find the basic options to manage this SFTP server.

To access this section you need the Integration Instance - edit permission.

The table shows a list of SFTP servers and their name, address, port and status (started, stopped).

In the row menu you have these options:

• Start or stop the server. 

• Manage users. Here you can add more users entitled to access the SFTP server. You need to specify their username and authentication method (password or SSH key or combination of both).
  The SSH public key is always provided by the user who needs to generate private-public authentication key pair on their own and then insert the public key here.
  These users do not have to have an account in PlatformManager. You can also reset the user's password here.
