Quote Status

Draft – The creation of the document is in progress. Not ready yet.

Offer – The document is approved. Waiting for confirmation from customer side.

Deal – The document is confirmed by customer too.

Revoked – The document was revoked.

Superseded – Used for original, preceding documents on which you based a revision. The status is applied after this revision gets approved. 

Invalidated – Used for other revisions from the same original document. The status is applied after one of the revisions (on the same level) gets approved.

Lost – The deal was lost.

Partial Deal – Once a Quote is approved, it can be converted to a deal. You can convert the whole Quote, or, in the detail view, select only some of the line items that will be included in the deal. In that case, the Quote's status will become 'Partial Deal' and the line items that are part of the deal will be marked as DEAL. The partial deal functionality must be enabled by administrator.
