Rebate Record (Group) Status

The states of Rebate Record and Rebate Record Group and their transitions.

Open

Draft – The object is new.

Submitted – The object was submitted for approval and is currently in the process of Approval Workflow.

Approved – The object was submitted (usually by a user) and then approved by all steps of the approval workflow. Or the approval workflow was empty, and so there was no need for approval.

Revoked – The object was revoked (usually by the user).

Invalidated – The Rebate Agreement was either superseded or invalidated, so all its unapproved Rebate Records and Rebate Record Groups objects gets Invalidated.
