Process of Price Grid Recalculation after Header Input Change

When the user changes values in the header input fields and those values are used in line item calculations, you can use the following steps to proceed.

This process is reflected from the business user perspective but it is useful to cover it here too – you will need it for testing your header logic.

1. At the price grid detail page:

   1. Change the input values on the header.

   2. Click the header Save button.

2. At the price grids list page:

   1. Select your price grid.

   2. Click Calculate to run full recalculation. Note that the price grid logic will be able to read the input fields from the header.

3. Wait for the calculation to finish.

4. At the price grid detail page:

   1. Click the header Recalculate button.

   2. Review the new summarized results.
