Rebate Query Definition

Here you can display data in a grid/table format from Rebates.

To access Rebate Query Definition, go to Configuration > Rebates.

To set up a new query:

1. Click the Add  icon. Enter a Label.
2. Select a Source for the Query at the top of the right section.

3. Select a Currency (if multiple currencies have to be set up).
   Currency depends on the Source, thus Source must be selected first.

4. Enter a filter optionally (see Filter Records).
5. Select from the Field Picker in the right section the data and drag-and-drop it into the Projections.
6. Change the Label of the field name optionally.

7. Change the Aggregation optionally. By default, the aggregation type Sum is used.
   You can add the same data and change the aggregation type (e.g. from default Sum to Per unit).

8. Repeat the steps to add more information.
9. Check the row order. Select the row and drag-and-drop it to the right place.
10. Click the Save  icon at the bottom right to save the row order.
11. Click the Save all  icon at the bottom left to save all changes.
