Datamart

The Datamart section allows (especially non-admin) users to view all data in the selected Datamart in Analytics. This can be useful when users need to verify the data used in their calculations.

To view a Datamart or its Data Sources:

Navigate to Analytics > Data Analyzer > Datamart.
In the 'Datamart' drop-down menu, select the Datamart you want to view. Then you have two options:
- View the Datamart content. To do so, click the Show DM Data button.
- View the content of Data Sources related to the selected Datamart. To do so, select a Data Source and click the Show DS Content button.

Additional options are:

Refresh – Refreshes the data.
Download – Downloads the records to an Excel file in the XLS (available for up to 100,000 rows) or CSV format. The records are downloaded as raw data. Alternatively, you can also use the Excel Client to download the data in a formatted form. If needed, you can also restrict the export functionality to only specified user groups.
Any cell value (header or row level) starting with @,+,-, or = will be escaped by adding a leading single quote.
Status – Shows information on the Datamart status. Clicking on the Info icon reveals a list of Data Loads related to the selected Datamart / Data Source.
Data Load Actions (for admin roles only) – Shows the available Data Load actions.
You can filter, search etc. like in all grid tables and save the changed view as a preference.
