Select Rows

To select items in a table, you have the following options:

• Select a single row

  • Click anywhere in the row.
    or

  • Click the checkbox.

  Deselecting of a row is done only by the checkbox.
   

• Select multiple rows

  • Click anywhere in the row while holding the Shift key (selects a continuous range of rows) or the Ctrl key (adds or removes individual rows from the selection).
    or

  • You can select any rows of your choice by clicking the checkboxes.

   There is a limit of 300 items to be selected at once. 
  Deselecting of multiple rows is the easiest when you use the Select all / Deselect all checkbox in the table header.

Open

 In some tables multi-selection is not supported and you can select only a single item (e.g. Calculation Logic elements where details for the selected element are displayed on the right).
