Steps:

  1. Select a price list and click the Link to Customer(s)  icon.
  2. A new window Customer Assignments will show the existing links between the price list and customers. For new price lists, this list will be empty.

  3. To set up a new link, click the Add  icon and pick a customer from the Customer master. You can select the customer using the Customer ID field or attributes (all customers with the same value of the attribute will be selected).
  4. Set a priority of price lists by double-clicking the Priority field. This is used when a customer is linked to multiple lists which might contain the same products. The highest priority (lowest number) will define the price list from which the price is retrieved.

To be able to use the filter in the Customer(s) column, you have to send a request to the server. Type the value in the filter box, press Enter and click the Refresh icon.

An overview of all links between a customer and all price lists can be retrieved from Customer master details: Customer Assignments category.
