Agreements/Promotions
Promotions, contracts or agreements with customers are defined in Agreement & Promotion documents. Agreements/Promotions are very flexible, you can have any number of Agreements/Promotions types (line items), any complexity of calculations and any assignment level (customer/product).
You can edit existing Agreements/Promotions by selecting an agreement and clicking the View/Edit Details icon. The edit options for Agreements/Promotions are the same as for quotes in Quoting and rebate agreements in Rebates.
