Price Grid Denial Reasons

In this section administrators can predefine reasons for denial which are then shown to users who deny items in Live Price Grids. These denial reasons are used only for items in LPG, they are not connected to the approval workflow. (When you have an approval workflow, you need to define denial reasons within the workflow logic.)

To add a new denial reason:

1. Click the Add icon.
2. Enter the name of the denial reason. Those will be the predefined options for users to choose from.
3. Decide if specifying the denial reason is mandatory or not – using the Make denial reasons optional option.
4. Decide if you want to make the free text field Other available to the user.
5. Click Save.
