How to Create Rebate Agreement

Steps:
- Go to Rebates > Rebate Agreement.
- Click Add to create a new Rebate Agreement.
- Enter values to the required Header Info fields and select a customer or customer group.
- Add agreement line items and select the corresponding Rebate Types.
- Enter values for the Input Parameters of the line items.
- Click Calculate to get current values. Modify the Input Parameters if needed.Â
- Once refined, click Submit to send the Rebate Agreement for approval (provided that an approval workflow is defined and there is no error or a critical alert on any line).
- On approval, rebate records are generated as defined by the rebate calculation logic.
You can monitor the progress of sales and forecasted rebate in the saved rebate records (go to Rebates > Rebate Records). You can set up automated rebate calculations. - Once the rebate agreement period is over, recalculate the final result and click Submit to send it for approval and payout.
- Set up an allocation job to write the calculated data to a Datamart.
