Customer Query Chart Definition

You can display data from Analytics as a portlet in the Customer Detail View.

Setting up a chart definition is similar to setting up a chart in Analytics.

The data for the chart is automatically filtered based on customer ID because the chart is always relevant in a customer ID context. No filter on customer ID should be implemented in the Query Chart Definition.

The data for the query must be related to the Customer Data Source and the Analytics to Price Setting Mapping must be set up.

To set up a new chart definition:

  1. Click the Add  icon. Enter a Label.
  2. Select the Chart Type.
  3. Specify the chart setting according to the chart type – for details see Charts.

  4. Preview the chart by clicking the Refresh icon. 
    The preview is not filtered by customer ID. 

  5. Click the Save  icon.
