Audit Logs

The Audit Logs section provides detailed information about user activity.

The following tabs are available:

• Logins – Contains all login attempts: Timestamp, User name, Client IP and Details (Success, Failure). The data is retained for 90 days.

• Security & Configuration – Contains all actions that relate to security (Management of User Groups, Management of Roles, Pricefx user account deactivation) and major configuration settings (e.g., changing default calculation logics). The columns include also Action, Details, Type and Name. There is no automatic deletion of old data.

• Assignment overview – Contains the lists of users assigned to a particular role or a particular user group. You can choose a user role or a user group from the drop-down list or load the complete list using the 'Fetch' buttons.

You can download contents of the logs into an Excel file by clicking the Download  icon. For the download you can exclude currently hidden fields or attribute fields. If you expect the size of the downloaded file to be large, use the Async download option, which helps prevent the web browser timeout.
