Advanced Filter

Advanced filtering allows you to combine simple filter conditions and create subclauses.

To set up an advanced filter:

  1. Click the Toggle filter  icon in the bottom left menu. The advanced filter displays above the table.
  2. Select the operator for the conditions. The options are:
    • Match All
    • Match Any
    • Match None
  3. For each condition, select the column (e.g. SKU) and operator (e.g. contains, greater than) and specify the value of the filter in the last field.
  4. To add another condition, click Add . (Then the icon changes to the Delete row  icon.)
  5. To add another filter within, click the Add Subclause  icon.
  6. Click Apply Filter to activate the filter.

For Price Grid items, Price List items and Simulation items, search by manually overridden values is also available (provided that Allow Override is enabled for the element in the calculation logic). From the list of columns select a column with '(Manual Override)' after the column name, then select an operator and specify a value. Use the 'is not null' operator to find all rows that have been manually changed.

(warning) When you filter in Products using Product Extensions attributes or in Customers using Customer Extensions attributes, using subclauses will return correct results only if the optimizeQueriesToExtensionTables option is set to true in pricefx-config.xml (it is by default).

By selecting Preferences Manager from the drop-down menu, the filter can be permanently saved.
