Business Roles (Agents)

In order to activate the Agents capability for your users, the Agents Accelerator package is delivered together with the following Business Roles:

[Agents] Manager

Only users with Agents business roles can see the Create Agent and Create Action buttons in the UI.

[Agents] Manager	Provides access to the Pricefx Agents menu item to add, delete, duplicate, edit and view all Agents from all users. The user can create Actions and can view and edit all the Actions created by Agents which were created by this user. In other words, users with this role have rights for all Agents, but not for all Actions created by all Agents (only those Actions created by their Agents). As part of the Accelerate Agents 1.4.0 release, the business roles for the Actionable Insights were renamed from Actin to Agents. Existing user roles may need to be reviewed and updated accordingly. For more information see Business Role Update.
