For analytical tasks, Actionable Insights is an effective tool that allows to create and assign tasks right away from the analytical screen.

The basic building blocks of Actionable Insights are Watchers and Actions. A Watcher’s job is to detect trends in data defined by a set of rules. If a trend is detected, Watchers automatically create predefined Actions and assign them to users. Users can see these Actions on the Home page or the Actions page.
