It is possible to download objects (e.g., Quotes, ContractsAgreements/Promotions, Rebate Records, Price Records) in the DOCX format (using a predefined template). This 'Download Word' icon is shown under the data tables by default. If you wish to hide it, go to Administration > Configuration > Advanced Configuration Options and set the "disabledDocxDownload" property  property value to "true".
