When logic is executed
The logic is executed each time, when the end user navigates/opens enters the tab Details on the Action Item detail page, regardless of the State of but only when the Action Item is not yet in the final state (Done or Rejected).
Logic Selection
Logic is selected based on the setting in ActionItemType.formulaName. Note, that the Action Item Type does not need to have a logic assigned.
