Upgrades in Clover Club

With the new release, along the data sources aiming at an analytical perspective like Datamarts or Rollups, Dashboards have been added as sources of data for Watchers. This means that now, you can watch specific information from Customer Insights or Sales Insights directly from the respective dashboards.

Create Action from Dashboard

How To

To show how this looks in Pricefx, we used Customer Insights – Global View Dashboard. This displays data about the customers, their health score which is important for Customer Insights. All these numerical values can be watched now by Watchers and they can use them to trigger alerts or show notifications and create actions for users.

Create Action Straight from Portlet

You now also have the option to Create Action right from the portlet. This means that you do not have to create Watchers for re-occuring situations. You simply create an action and assign it directly. To do this choose Create Action in the portlet under Create button and fill out the dialogue window.

Summary

In the summary field you can see the section and the portlet names where the action was found. You also have a predefined text that you can use or adjust to your liking.

Detection Rules

Easily set up your detection rules using the dropdowns based on your needs. When you complete this step, the system will display the customers in question. To see them, cick on Preview Rules.
