The results are categorized by multiple filtering categories (ie. audience level, product name, product capability, etc.). For each of these filters, there will be multiple granular options, for example, we can further filter our audience level by business user, admin, etc.
Under audience level, different user roles such as business users, admins, configuration managers, and technical personnel are listed with corresponding numbers that represent the number of results relevant to each role.

You now have the ability to narrow down your search results using a range of filters, including role (business user, technical user, admin), content type (business, technical, configuration), product name, capability (price setting, quoting, analytics, etc.), feature, type of information (reference, how-to, explanation), or topic. Audience Level
Ability to further filter the content matching the search criteria by different audience levels. All of our knowledge base articles are linked to one of our known audience types of business user, administrator, technical (CE) and configuration.
Product Name
Provides ability to further filter search content based on the Pricefx products and packages. Each of these that are listed are linked to one of our primary products (Platform Manager, Pricefx Core, Sales Insights Accelerator, etc.) or one of our solution packages (ie. Price Setting, Price Optimization, etc.)
Product Capability
Focus on additional filtering of search results based on the Pricefx capabilities (formerly known as modules), like Analytics, Quoting, Rebates, etc.
Product Feature
Within each of the Pricefx capabilities (ie. Price Setting, Quoting, etc.) there will be one or more features associated with that capability. We can use these options to further filter our search results.
Knowledge Type
There are variety of different types of articles in the knowledge base that we can use to further filter our results. The different types are: Reference, are articles that provide additional depth on the search topic, and How To are articles that provide a step-by-step narrative on performing a task related to the search topic.
Knowledge Topics
This filter provides further refined of the returned content by narrowing relevant articles based on the primary topic contained within the article.
