Some technical background
Notifications are persisted kept in the a new table called Notification. This table will be created automatically by Flyway DB migration script.
After the release you You should be able to see polling command notification.list every few seconds in the browser's web tool network logs.
There are no additional permissions needed for notifications.
Possible changes for users
If change Locale of locale for notifications is needed. Change set up by Email Language settings in user administration.COPY TEST
